Neurofeedback/Biofeedback

What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is an intervention that assists the client in brain wave self-regulation and self-awareness. Through audio and/or video feedback, the brain learns to selfcorrect, adapt, and form new patterns of activity. Clients are able to view their brain wave graphs while the clinician monitors their progress. Clients are provided graphs of brain wave activity at the end of each session.
